Worship
We believe that there is great power in worshiping together! Because of this, every Sunday at 10:50 we gather to enjoy a great time of fellowship, singing, and preaching. The atmosphere is casual, the friendships are great, the music is uplifting, and the messages are relevant. We also provide a caring nursery, and an awesome Children's Church for kids 3-7 years of age. Join us this coming Sunday and meet new friends, find needed encouragement, and discover the will of God for your life. We're sure you won't be disappointed!
On Sunday, October 10th, Calvary will celebrate 62 years of ministry in Sherman. It promises to be a great day in the Lord, and we have very special services planned for the celebration. Our services that day will begin at 9:30am with a time of fellowship around coffee and donuts. At 10:00am we will begin with a worship celebration, the reading of our church history, and a word of challenge from our missionary to Las Vegas, NV, Bro. Richard Vogt. At 11:00am we will begin our main worship service with inspirational singing and a message from our Pastor, Bro. Kevin George. Lunch will be served following the morning services. We invite you to come and be a part of this wonderful celebration of God's blessings over the past 62 years.
